Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a popular Indian actress, best famous for her role in Beta Saajan, and Hum Aapke Hain Koun. Her first fame was her 1980s role in Tezaab and Tezaab, which she co-starred alongside an established actor Anil Koopor. Her next appearance on screen was Dil with Aamir. As a young child growing up in Mumbai's middle-class, she started to dance. She ventured into acting as young and fought through a couple of years since many of her early film projects were unsuccessful. Then, she discovered success with Indian film and climbed to the top. After her wedding ceremony, she took a brief time off from her acting career prior to returning. Recenty, she had an important part in Gulaab Gang. The film focused on the struggles of women across India. Dixit is nominated to win 15 Filmfare Awards, out of which she won eight. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian prize awarded to civilians in India, was bestowed upon her. Her work in the field of social service is popular.
